If you could invite 3 people for a meal at your house, who would they be?
Currently I will go with Jurgen Klopp, Eliud Kipchoge and for the intrigue and fascination Lance Armstrong.
If you could go anywhere in the world on holiday, where would it be?
I have been lucky to travel extensively when I was younger in the Navy, and even so, there are still so many places I didn't get to like Antarctica and Australia, so for the better weather let's say Australian Outback.
If you weren't a Nutritionist, what would you be?
Professional athlete (runner), but definitely would have said footballer when I was a child.
Interesting Fact or something not many people know about you?
Not that interesting but quite peculiar - I share the same birthday as my mum, 15th June, only the years born are swapped 1927 – 1972… my eldest sister also has her wedding anniversary on 15th June... AND some years it's even Fathers Day too!
If you were stranded on an island and could only take 3 things with you, what would they be?
A desalinator, big waterproof sheet to keep dry and collect rain water, and most important an inflatable motorised boat.
