Reflexology
Treatment Description
Reflexology works on the principle that there are reflex zones in the hands and feet that correspond to different body parts, organs and glands. Reflexology is a unique way of using the thumbs and fingers on these reflex areas.
It is often practised to help individuals with a number of issues, such as improved nerve function, boosted energy levels, relaxation, increased circulation, eliminating toxins, headache reduction, pregnancy and many more.

“Well trained reflexologists do not claim to cure, diagnose or prescribe. Reflexology is a very individual treatment which is tailored to you as a whole person, taking into account both physical and non-physical factors that might be affecting your wellbeing. Some people find it works for them – some don’t. The best way to find out is to try it!” –Association of Reflexologists

Testimonial
“I visit Elaine for reflexology and always have a lovely relaxing session with her. I have suffered from sciatica down my left leg, which Elaine picked up on immediately. I was quite sceptical when she said that the reflexology could help with this. It was only later that evening (the time when I am most inactive and therefore in the most discomfort) that I realised that the pain had completely gone. A week later it has still not returned. I would definitely recommend trying this treatment to anyone who is doubtful about its effectiveness.” – Julie S, Burnley
